Chalet en centre station, proche des commerces, pistes, accès facile.
Appartements côté rue bruyants, les prix des appartements donnant côté rue devraient être moins chers que ceux donnant côté piste.

Nécessite un peu d'entretien. Peut être un peu bruyant.
