In what is perhaps the most beautiful "corner" of the Alps, nestled in the magnificent mountain world of the Ötztal valley, our family-run house is located at an altitude of 1,945 meters.
The high-alpine, temperate climate and the clean, pollen-free air are beneficial for everyone.
The unique location and the magnificent mountain panorama make this house a true "power spot." You can ski directly from the house to the slopes and hike through our spectacular mountain scenery in the summer.
The comfortably furnished apartments promise pure relaxation.
Additionally, in all bedrooms, we offer switchable shields that prevent electromagnetic fields and electrosmog, ensuring a healthy sleep.
Our small but very fine sauna area with a Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, and relaxation room is a true treat for body, mind, and soul. Included year-round: Parking directly at the house, Wi-Fi with night mode, small sauna area with Finnish sauna and infrared cabin (Mon-Fri 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM, weekends on request), lockable room for your bicycles.

A great place to stay in Obergurgl. Great apartment. Immaculately clean. Lovely hosts. Almost ski-in/ ski-out (very short walk cross a very quiet road to access the slopes). Couldn't ask for more. We can’t wait to return! Thank you.

Von Ankunft bis Abfahrt war alles super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und es war ein toller Urlaub.
Direkt von der Unterkunft auf die Piste und zurück. Danach Sauna. Alles entspannt. Die Einrichtung sehr hochwertig.
Wir kommen wieder.

Ein tolle Unterkunft, ruhig gelegen direkt an der Piste und mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf Obergurgl. Die sehr hilfsbereiten und netten Gastgeber rundeten den Aufenthalt ab. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
