Godwin's Cottage is a beautiful, refurbished 300 year old cottage, situated in the idyllic and peaceful village of Moreton, resting place of the legendary T. E Lawrence aka Lawrence of Arabia.
The property and its surrounding area is steeped in history, beautiful countryside with the Jurassic Coastline just down the road.
Godwin's has all the essentials to make your stay wonderful and a few added luxuries that make it that little bit extra special, including your own private roof terrace where you can enjoy a restful breakfast with the morning sun, or a glass of wine and dinner alfresco overlooking the stunning scenery and it is a great space for star gazing. Set within 2 acres of grounds, there is a private lawned area for you to use, ideal for a game of croquet or boule, or a place to unwind with a good book.. Also in the garden is a large fabulous Hot Tub to relax in while gazing over the countryside or watch the owls fly by at night time.
