The gated driveway leads to a private parking area. The terrace at the rear of the Chalet leads to the front door, as well as to the pool and garden.


Very attractive is the new, modern living room with comfortable sofas, next to the dining area with table and chairs. The well equipped wooden kitchen has access to the garden and the large terrace and offers fantastic mountain and pool views.



The villa has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 3 twin bedrooms with their main storage features and good quality furnishings. All bedrooms are located on the first floor, offering stunning mountain or pool views. All double bedrooms share two full family bathrooms.



All rooms include hot/cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has programmed air conditioning in all units from 21:00 to 8:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.

In Pollença you will find shops, a cultural centre, the pollença market, restaurants, cafés and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present in this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part in its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices abound.



The beach at Puerto Pollensa is perfect for relaxing in the sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing or water skiing.



In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known to the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
