A detached, brick built barn conversion in the heart of the Cheshire plains. Enjoy ample natural lighting, while taking in uninterrupted views of the Cheshire countryside in a serene setting. Explore the nearby forest walks, top rated restaurants and relax on the pergola patio. Pets have ample space too and we provide activity materials for children, so you all enjoy your stay.
A comfortable home with everything you need for an enjoyable stay: bedding, towels, television, local area guides, Ps3, free Wi-fi, outdoor seating, free parking and bike storage to name a few. Family friendly, we will provide a high chair and travel cot upon request. We want you to have a lovely time, so if there is anything we can do to help make your stay more perfect before your arrival, please don't hesitate to ask. The property is a ten minute drive to Chester City centre depending on traffic, making it a great base if you want a combination of city hustle and bustle with village charm, peace and relaxation.
In addition to the beautiful barn, guests are welcome to use the car port, patio, paddock and space within the grounds.

Beautiful parks, forestry and woodland walks such as Delamere, Tatton, Beeston and the Sandstone trail are close by. Farm shops, Cheshire Oaks outlet and supermarkets are all within a 5-20 minute drive. Attractions for children such as Chester Zoo are also easily accessible. The property location is great for a country retreat, with picturesque views year round, especially in the early morning and at sunset.
Excellent road links, with access to the M53 and M56 motorways, permitting daily travel to all areas throughout the North-west.
Downstairs: fabric sofa converts into a double bed and is suitable for two adults or children. We also provide thee folding single bed upon request for extra guests.
Upstairs: Master bedroom is ensuite with a king size bed and a folding bed. The second bed room again has a king size bed, two single beds, and two folding beds.
The property only has one flight of stairs to access the two upstairs bedrooms and luggage can easily be stored downstairs.

Lovely barn conversion in the heart of the Cheshire plains to enjoy with family and friends. Snuggle up by our log fire during those cold wintry nights and relax in our 7 seater outdoor inflatable hot tub with jet massage at any time of the year!.
