Villa El Coster de Ca La Paina is located in the north of the popular Balearic island, on the outskirts of the town of Pollença. I. This Mallorcan-style holiday home enchants guests with its rustic charm and has a living room, a functionally-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms with double beds as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate up to 10 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, TV, a baby bed and a high chair. Outside you will find a cosy, furnished veranda where you can enjoy freshly prepared meals together. Framed by a well-kept lawn and the surrounding greenery, a pool and outdoor showers invite you to cool off on hot summer days and enjoy a breathtaking mountain view! A supermarket can be reached after 1 km and a small selection of restaurants can be found after 500 m. In Port de Pollença, about 8 km or 12 minutes by car, you will find a beach promenade and a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear water.
Parking is available on the street.
For the use of electricity visitors will be charged an extra fee. If you wish to arrive as a large group (except families and couples), please contact the homeowner before booking.
Please note that parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden.
The property is intended for families and quiet groups. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the cancellation of the reservation and immediate dismissal from the property.
