The villa offers a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional guest toilet, accommodating up to 7 guests.
The house features Wi-Fi, fans in each of the 3 ground-floor bedrooms, satellite TV, and air conditioning in the master bedroom only.
A cot and highchair are also provided. Outside, you’ll find a spacious covered terrace with a long table and an open terrace furnished with a barbecue.
A 36 m² pool offers a refreshing escape on hot days, and a furnished rooftop terrace invites you to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
The centre of Pollença is 3.4 km away (7 minutes by car) and offers a wide range of restaurants, bars, and shops.

Die Einrichtung und das Inventar waren sehr gut. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett.
Das Grundstück hat einen tollen großen Garten und eine sehr große überdachte Terasse.
Da gab es nichts zu Beanstanden.
