The luxurious holiday home has a modern and elegantly furnished living room with sea views, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms each with a bathroom en-suite as well as an additional toilet and can accommodate 8 people. It also has Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, a fireplace, a smart TV with Netflix access, Sonos-Wi-Fi speakers, fitness equipment (running tape & weights lifting), a playroom for children (games, ping-pong table) a baby cot, and a high chair. The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the large outdoor area of the villa, which has a covered and an uncovered terrace and invites to delicious meals with a view of the sea. An unforgettable experience for the whole family is bathing in your private infinity pool with an unobstructed view of the glittering sea, which provides for relaxing holiday hours under the Spanish sun and pleasant refreshment on hot days. A Pétanque (Boules) court to play bocce balls is also available. Enjoy the BARBECUE area (Butane gas barebcue), with a refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. on a large outdoor terrace. Please note that the barbecue is not allowed to be moved out of the barbecue area. The owner of the house is an architect and this can be seen in the well-thought-out design of the exclusive villa. The Villa is equipped with a “24hr House Security System Alarm”. The beautiful bay Cala Salada is only 1.3 km or a 5-minute drive away. The centre of Sant Antoni de Portmany is within a 6-minute drive from the property where you find a large selection of shops, restaurants, and bars.

Parking is available on the property and on the street. Bed linens, towels, and pool towels are included in the price.

**Groups of young people are not allowed. Event and party are not allowed, the villa is intended to host families and or people looking for peaceful vacations: senior adults, families, children with parents are welcome. The visits of external persons during the stay, as well as any type of events and parties, are forbidden.
