Große, sehr saubere Wohnung mit Balkon Richtung Wasser - traumhafter Seeblick. Im Kräuterbeet darf man sich selbst bedienen, sowie den Garten, Grill und Paddelboot benutzen. Sehr freundliche, unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Leitungswasser sehr sauber; kommt aus den Bergen und hat nur 30 ppm.
Gleich hinter dem Haus verläuft ein Bahngleis, auf dem allerdings nur tagsüber Regionalzüge fahren. Mehr störend ist die neben dem Gleis verlaufende Straße, auf der es ab 6h morgens laut wird, besonders im Sommer bei geöffneten Fenstern störend. Wasserleitungsdruck sehr niedrig.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt nur wenige Schritte von der Badestelle entfernt. Die kleine Straße wird zwar auch von Autos befahren, jedoch sehr selten, da es sich um eine sehr kleine Nebenstraße handelt.
