I cannot fault this place. In the heart of Betws-yCoed and yet set secluded with a garden tumbling down to the river.Four well appointed bedrooms. Nice living room space and a big enough table in the kitchen/dining room to all sit around and eat. Good cooking facilities.We spend lovely morning ssat in the garden drinking coffee and chatting.

Having been twice over 10 years ago we have noticed that it is now ready for a refurbishing with the modernising with a new tv with more choice of channels new kitchen Equipment new bedding over all A lovely location & cottage Just need to re invest in up keep

House was well equipped, warm and provided everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Some of the furniture was tired and it was obvious that nobody had stayed recently as we had to vacuum quite a few cobwebs from most rooms.
