A trip to the charming town of Cerne Abbas, with its Tudor architecture, and the nearby Cerne Giant are also a must on any itinerary. We had a wonderful long weekend at Armswell House. The house is stunning. Everything was catered for and everyone felt instantly at home. We all loved the walks around the area and watching the cows on the farm. Wish we could've stayed longer. PS the Victoria sponge was delicious!

A grand house with gorgeous views and great walks nearby. The strong smell of the dairy farm right behind took a bit of getting used to but worth it for the wonderful rural location.

Had a great week at Armswell, would definitely recommend. The house is huge, all big bedrooms and lots of bathrooms, really well equipped with kitchen stuff and towels etc, and games room / hot tub were great. We were greeted by a homemade cake and the owners also dropped round a bag of pears which was nice.
