Huge house with 5 large bedrooms each with on-suite. Large dining room with a table easily seating 12 adults. Comfortable lounge, plenty of seats and a kitchen with an island. Ample parking and lovely rear garden. We found the house very clean and our host’s very helpful. The village has 4 great pubs serving breakfast, lunches and dinner. Perfect location to explore the Lakes.

Holly House - a perfect location for friends, who haven’t got together in over 2 years, to relax & enjoy each other’s company with the backdrop of the beautiful Ullswater. The house offers plenty of space & great facilities.
