Villa Blanca is tastefully designed, modern, and spacious.
Outside the accommodation, its private pool and a very large garden with a wide variety of outdoor furniture stand out, which will make your stay very comfortable, and where children can play freely, while you prepare the barbecue and enjoy meals with friends.
Inside the villa, you will also find free Wi-Fi, a TV with internet connectivity to keep up with all your favorite shows, air conditioning, and parking.
All of this will allow you to spend your time comfortably with your family. This modern villa is located in a quiet area, just a 9-minute walk from Riells Beach.
This beach has fine white sand, crystal-clear shallow waters, a perfect spot for the whole family! The promenade of Riells Beach offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment venues for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc.
You can also find Montgrí Natural Park near the villa, which will allow you to enjoy magnificent walks or bike rides in a pine forest. On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped with basic utensils) with large windows that offer a magnificent view of the pool and garden.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers.
In total, 9 people can sleep in the house. Dogs are welcome with a supplement of €10/pet/night.
A maximum of 1 pet up to 10kg is allowed. Check-in: from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

A security deposit of €300 will be paid by card upon arrival and will be refunded within 7 days after departure. Bed linen is included in the final cleaning fee. Mandatory services: Tourist tax €1/person/night (for those over 16 years old).
Towels (€11.90 per booking, which includes one bath towel for each guest, one hand towel, and one bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (cost depends on the accommodation). Optional paid services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in after 8:00 PM.

Jardin grande para jugar los niños, pisicina para relajarse antes de comer, ya sea dentro de la mesa enorme del comedor o si lo prefieres en la mesa de la terraza al lado de la piscina. La decoración es senzilla pero correcta y funcional.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in der Villa! Der private Pool war bei den Kindern der absolute Hit, und der Garten lud zum Entspannen in der Sonne ein. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, sodass die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten ein Kinderspiel war.

La maison est baignée de lumière. Les espaces de type loft, la qualité des finitions, les équipements nombreux, le wifi en libre accés....la tranqulité, la bonne exposition, le jardin très agréable, les vélos à disposition,(petit entretien à prévoir sur deux d'entre eux, un abris destiné leur permettrait de moins subir les aléas du temps). Bravo pour cette belle maison et votre accueil!
