The focal point of the outdoor space is the swimming pool, nestled in the green garden and flanked by sun terraces paved with elegant anthracite grey tiles. A few steps lead down to a lovely fenced lawn, perfect for playing ball and entertaining the children in the group. Overlooking the lawn, the main terrace, accessed from the kitchen and main open-plan living area, features a dining area and a charming lounge area.


The villa covers 350m² and comprises a main building on two levels and an annexe. Enter the central living room, which has been cleverly divided into separate areas on several levels. Large windows let you admire the beautiful panorama and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors lead to one of the terraces. A dining table is positioned at one end of the room, partially hidden by the living room space. The large kitchen is well-equipped to accommodate larger groups, with plenty of countertop and cupboard space and a breakfast bar.


There are 3 bedrooms in the main villa, with sliding doors leading to another terrace with views of the sea surrounding the villa. A further 2 bedrooms are located in the separate annexe with private terraces. Throughout the property, private bathrooms feature magnificent marble furnishings, double washbasins and huge walk-in showers.
