Hosting five bedrooms; two king-size, a twin (zip/link), a double, and a ground floor TV room/study/bedroom, along with two bathrooms, and a ground floor shower room, this property can sleep up to eight people. Inside you will also find a kitchen/breakfast room, dining room with gas stove, utility, and a sitting room with gas woodburner-effect fire. To the outside is ample roadside parking, and a veranda, enclosed garden to front, and side patio with furniture, along with a barbecue. Resting in a picturesque village, Timbers is a scenic retreat in a calming part of England.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburner effect fire and stove. Gas aga and hob, electric oven (in utility room), microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. TV's with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. One off road parking space and further ample roadside parking. Veranda and enclosed garden to front, and side patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.5 miles in Newton Ferrers. Note: May be unsuitable for those with mobility issues due to the number of steps up and down to the property. Note: Sloping garden and steep banks, care to be taken. Had a lovely time owners and neighbours very friendly house extremely well equipped, used an Aga again after fifty years. Enjoyed access to water and garden would love to return.
