The 1 bedroom and 1.5 baths, Music City Cottage Apartment is an awesome short-term rental option for the business traveler or couple wanting a chic place to stay that’s near the action. The location is just far enough away to provide a good night’s sleep and just close enough to easily get to Bridgestone, the Ryman, and all the buzz of Broadway (1.5 miles or less). Vanderbilt, East Nashville and 12 South are all easily accessible as well. The rooms, which have been recently renovated and designed, offer a carefully curated mix of stylish furnishings and thoughtful details, from trendy acrylic chairs in the dining room to a washer/dryer unit (no need to overpack!). When you arrive, pull around back. Parking is a pain in Nashville, but we have plenty of spots so no need to lug your bag or worry about street parking. There are 2 kitchens, one of which opens onto the living room so that everyone can cook and mingle with ease. With its fun pops of turquoise and yellow, the living room offers a 48” flat screen TV, cozy seating and a leather sofa that doubles as a full-size sleeper. Just off the living room is a full bath with walk-in shower, a perfect spot for getting ready before a big night out. The house also has 4 bedrooms, all with super comfy beds and chic décor. The guests will have access to only part of the house. To rent the full house please feel free to ask (See below for full details on the rooms.) Another full bath offers a large vanity, tub/shower combo, and extra storage for towels and linens. One final note: the fireplaces are decorative only and not operational. If you get chilly, look for extra blankets near the washer/dryer!
