A holiday home awaits you right by the lake Södra Färgen. In the background are lingonberry bushes and a birch forest. It's not just great for swimming here, the stocks of trout, zander and perch are excellent. You have your own boat at your own jetty. A motor is available for hire. The house is well furnished and equipped with a sauna, wood-burning stove and air conditioning for your comfort. The loft with pointed roof can be reached via a staircase from the living room. Enjoy the fantastic view of the lake from the terrace and living room. The terrace extends to the private jetty. The neighbouring house is also for rent, ideal for holidays with friends. Many lakes, including Bolmen and Unnen, are nearby. They are located in a lake area consisting of the Södra, Mella and Stora Färgen, covering 1200 hectares. The lakes can be navigated by boat. If there is snow, you can park only 200 metres from the house. Access to the shared extra cooling and freezing unit. The homeowner reports:
My grandmother tells me that my grandfather was killed in a work accident in the forest. When my parents married in 1954, my grandfather's good friend made it possible for them to buy a plot of land here. So they were able to build a house. Fint hus, meget venlig udlejer, skønt område. Huset ligger ud til en sø, hvor der er bademuligheder om sommeren. Indkørslen er meget stejl og hvis der er sne - kan det være en udfordring. Der er dog en alternative parkeringsplads. Ca. 40 min. Kørsel til Gekåås varehus, det var en oplevelse. Vi ønsker at komme igen.

Nach der Buchung gab es per Post alle Infos zum Haus und zur Lage, auf deutsch.
Sehr gute Mailverkehr und auch ein Zusatzboot und Motore waren kein Problem.
Perfekte Betreuung ! Und das vergessene Radio hat er nach Deutschland geschickt!
TOP ich würde es zu 100 % empfehlen.
