Enjoy a comfortable holiday with a wonderful view of the water. This holiday home is beautifully situated on the water and has its own mooring so that you can fish directly from the garden. The homeowner has furnished the house very comfortably. The ground floor of this holiday home has a lovely bathroom with an infrared sauna with colour therapy. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has large windows overlooking the garden and the water. The bedrooms are located on the first floor. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a smart TV.
This comfortable holiday home is located in a beautifully landscaped holiday park with all kinds of facilities for the whole family. The holiday park in Groningen is the ideal destination for a family because of the various leisure activities on offer for all ages. Take advantage of the free access to the indoor swimming pool with a water slide and a separate children's pool. There is also a leisure beach, mini golf course, tennis courts and various playgrounds on the grounds of the holiday park. The holiday home is directly adjacent to a 9-hole golf course, which also has a restaurant with a lovely terrace.

The centre of Papenburg is also picturesque. Take a walk along the city canal with old drawbridges, colourful flowers and beautiful ships. Admire the town hall, Meyers Mill and the Old Tower.
