Outside, relax on your intimate, charming patio, furnished with comfortable lounge furniture and lined with beautiful plants.
In the communal area of the residential complex, which is less than a minute walk from your front door, you can sunbathe on a spacious terrace and refresh yourself in the crisp water of the pool.
Please note that the pool is located on the first floor compared to the apartment access which is on the ground floor.
The apartment light, therefore, is conditioned by the pool structure. A great selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes are located along the vibrant beachside avenue which, along with the beach of Puerto del Carmen, is at most 700 m or a 10-minute walk away.
Here you can admire the hustle and bustle of the city or relax on the golden sands before the ocean. Street parking is available.

Sehr saubere, vollständig eingerichtete Wohnung mit vielen Küchengeräten, Waschmaschine und bequemem Bett. Gute Lage in ruhigem Quartier, aber nicht weit von der belebten Promenade und dem Strand entfernt. Freundliche Gastgeber.
Wohnzimmer ohne Fenster und damit ohne Tageslicht, nur verhangene Glastür zu einem dunklen Patio. Der kleine Gemeinschaftspool ist nur über Treppen und zwei Tore erreichbar. Nachbarn zeitweilig etwas lärmig.
