Large and sunny country house, recently constructed on a large estate between the beaches and tourism of Ca'n Picafort and the rustic farming town of Santa Margalida.
This 240 m2 house has 4 double bedrooms, 1 of these with twin beds, 3 bathrooms, 2 of these with hydro massage, and open countryside views.
Outdoors there is a beautiful garden with a private pool and an area with pines, inviting a cool siesta in the shade. The property is near the road to Son Bauló, but being built with the back of the house to road, the sound of passing cars is minimal.
Located just 2 km from the variety of beaches on the Alcúdia Bay, from where cooling sea breezes arrive to refresh a hot summer's day.

La maison était agréable, mais nous avons ressenti qu'elle pourrait utiliser un peu plus de décor pour la rendre plus accueillante, Cela dit, elle était propre et fonctionnelle, et nous avons passé un séjour confortable dans l'ensemble, Bon rapport qualité-prix!

Das Haus war schön, aber wir fanden, es könnte mit etwas mehr Dekoration einladender wirken. Trotzdem war es sauber und funktional, und wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
