Rust en voldoende privacy door groen aanleg.
Badkamer vloer was vies, spinnerag in bepaalde hoeken slaapkamers en woonkamer, geen Netlix app op tv ( geen moderne tv)., in de keuken geen snijplanken, weinig verlichting boven eettafel, bedden waren niet opgemaakt.
