This large villa consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are suites and a small flat located on the ground floor of the house, composed of a bedroom, toilet, a living room and a kitchen, which being connected to the house has an independent entrance. Decorated with refinement and good taste, this villa invites you to spend a relaxing holiday with all the family or friends. It is fully equipped for you to enjoy it with all the comfort.


All the rooms in this villa are very spacious and airy and all have air conditioning and some foot fans.

The rooms are composed as follows
- 1st Floor Right - Room with two twin beds and private bathroom.

- 1st Floor Left - Room with two Twin beds and private bathroom.

- Ground Floor - Room with two Twin beds and private bathroom.

- Ground Floor - Room with two Twin beds and private bathroom.

- Basement - Small flat with one bedroom with two Twin beds, private bathroom, living room with sofa that can be used as bed and kitchen.

- Ground floor - Toilet

All bathrooms have underfloor heating and towel warmer.


The villa has at your disposal a fully equipped and organized kitchen so you can cook the most varied delicacies for family and friends, as well as direct access to the outside to take your meals there.

It has 2 distinct leisure areas and a dining room. One of the leisure areas is quite large and contains a small bar, well located under the games room, a beautiful indoor fireplace, 2 sofas, coffee table and the TV, and the dining room with table and 12 chairs. The other leisure area, in green tones, has sofas for 8 people, also has TV and direct access to the swimming pool and BBQ area.

It also has a games room on the 1st floor where you can find pool table, ping-pong, table football and others.

The exterior of the villa is quite large and with several accesses to the villa. It offers a bit of everything, grass for children's entertainment, sun loungers and outdoor sofas around the pool, a great covered BBQ area with dining table for the whole family to socialize and also a relaxing outdoor spa to make the most of your holiday time. The pool is large (10m by 5m) and the depth varies between 1m and 2.3m deep. The pool can only be heated between April and October, at an additional cost (with a request made at least 48 hours in advance), however if temperatures are too low, it may not be possible to provide this service.

The villa is quite secluded and completely oblivious to neighbours and outside noises other than those coming from nature, however, it is located a few minutes from the centre of Vilamoura, where you can find restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife, ideal for families or groups who like to have fun and experience the local life (gastronomy, nature, bike rides).
