Situated in an elevated location, this 4 bedroom villa stands out for its privacy and comfort. With a modern style and simple decoration, this villa also offers a pool and outdoor dining area with a magnificent view of the coast framed by the mountains. In short, the ideal retreat for a restful holiday.
The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms of this villa are composed as follows
- 1st floor - Bedroom with double bed and private bathroom
- 1st floor - Double bed bedroom with shared bathroom
- First floor - Room with 2 single beds and shared bathroom
- Ground floor - Room with 2 single beds and shared bathroom
All rooms are air-conditioned except the ground floor one which has a fan.
Fully equipped, the kitchen offers all the necessary appliances for a proper stay, from microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee machine among others. Right next door a door leads to a charcoal barbecue and direct access to the outside. The living room is quite large where a fireplace with stove is ideal for cooler and/or romantic evenings.
One step down, the dining area, where two sliding windows give access to the outside and let you glimpse the beautiful view. Next to the living room a sliding window leads to the swimming pool and resting area.
There is a broadband internet connection with Wi-Fi and TV with English and Portuguese channels as well as a snooker table in the living room.
The biggest attraction of this villa is the surrounding area, from green hills, sea view and islands of the Ria Formosa and joining the peace and privacy.
The outdoor dining area has plenty of outdoor furniture, suitable for 8 people. The pool is 10 meters long by 5 meters wide. The pool has the possibility to be heated only between April and October, through an additional cost (with a request made at least 48 hours in advance), however if temperatures are too low, it may not be possible to provide the service. Around the house there are several sun beds and a leisure area with two sofas and a table, ideal to have a drink in peace or read a book.
Outside the house there is private parking space with direct access to the house.
