This spacious and modern 5-bedroom villa is located in Quinta do Mar, between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, just 800 metres from Ancão Beach, a privileged area of the Algarve for its natural beauty. It is decorated with great refinement and contains everything you need for an excellent family holiday.


There are a total of 5 bedrooms, all of them en-suite and with air conditioning. The rooms are spacious and glamorously decorated to make your holiday extra special.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms. 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, both decorated in pleasant shades of white, grey and black, in a modern and comfortable style. The bathroom in the double bedroom is large and has a bathtub, while the bathroom in the single bedroom has a shower with a hydromassage column.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed, decorated in shades of white and gold, and two bedrooms with two single beds each, one in shades of brown and beige and the other in shades of white and burgundy. All the bathrooms are spacious and have a bathtub with jacuzzi. The brown single room has a small terrace where you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine and take in the magnificent view over the sea farm.


The house has an elegant and practical kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and other essential accessories to make your holiday more comfortable. The kitchen has direct access to the BBQ and consequently to the pool area.

The living room is large and bright, its open structure with high ceilings allows you to see the corridors of the first floor, a situation that gives it elegance and a certain eccentricity. The fireplace makes the space cosier on winter days.

The basement of the house has been transformed into a comfortable leisure area with all the amenities you need to enjoy a late night watching a film or playing snooker. A table for card games and a comfortable sofa make this space more cosy.

There is a broadband internet connection with Wi-Fi, television with Portuguese channels and English channels via cable. A sound system runs throughout the house and can be controlled individually in each room.

The air conditioning is central and ducted and benefits all the rooms in the villa.


The spacious garden and overflow swimming pool embellish the atmosphere in a relaxing way. The pool is approximately 12 metres long by 6 metres wide and will certainly delight our guests. The deepest area is 2.20 metres and the shallowest is 0.75 metres. The pool has a spacious jacuzzi for 4 people. The pool can only be heated between April and October, at an additional cost (with a request made at least 48 hours in advance), but if the temperatures are too low, it may not be possible to provide the service. Also outside, a large dining area, prepared for 10 people and supported by an excellent BBQ, right next to the practical kitchen, makes for excellent family moments. Outdoor furniture made up of sofas, chairs and a side table complete the scene.

Table tennis and areas to entertain the youngsters can also be enjoyed outside.
