At a slightly higher level we have the dining area composed by table and chairs and that through a sliding door gives us access to a terrace directly above the pool. This terrace has a set of outdoor furniture.

Next to the living room we have the kitchen, fully equipped and with direct access to the outdoor dining area.

In the basement was created a leisure area composed by a pool table and a TV system with games console where you can play or watch movies.


The outdoor area has a nice swimming pool with about 8 meters by 4 wide and shallow, an area of sun loungers and umbrellas so you can spend relaxing moments always with some shade.

There is a gas barbecue for your barbecues, an outdoor table with seating for 8 people, outdoor sofas and a terrace on the first floor with a further table 4 chairs.

The property has private parking right in front of the entrance.
