This large villa with automatic gate access has a swimming pool and private garden and is completely fenced off, offering total privacy to its visitors. It offers a very pleasant outdoor space with a barbecue and leisure area, as well as a lawn for ball games and a games room with snooker and ping-pong.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms distributed as follows
- Ground floor - double bed with a sofa bed - en-suite bathroom
- Ground floor - double bed - en-suite bathroom
- Ground floor - double bed - en-suite bathroom
- Ground floor - en-suite bathroom
- 1st Floor - 2 single beds - shared bathroom
- 1st Floor - 2 single beds - shared bathroom
All rooms have air conditioning.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with modern decor in neutral colours. The laundry room is next door and is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is a spacious lounge with a dining table seating 8 and a games table seating another 6. The fireplace with wood burning stove and air conditioning allow you to choose the cosiest way to warm up on cold winter days. In summer, it's very airy and bright, with large sliding doors leading out to the garden and pool. On the comfortable sofas, in front of the fireplace, you can watch the flat-screen TV, accessing Portuguese and foreign channels, or the internet via WI-FI.
In the lower part of the basement with access only from the outside, you can enjoy a large games room for everyone's entertainment with ping-pong and a snooker table.
The private pool, 8 metres long by 4 metres wide, has a shallow depth by the stairs of up to 1.80 metres and is large enough for swimming and family fun. The pool can only be heated between April and October at an additional cost (with a request made at least 48 hours in advance), but if the temperatures are too low, it may not be possible to provide the service. It is surrounded by sun loungers so you can sunbathe in the bright Algarve sun.
The well-tended garden surrounds the entire villa, with several species of plants, palm trees and other trees, as well as a good lawn for games and play. There are several rest and leisure areas with comfortable outdoor furniture. Here the dining area is equipped with a large table and 8 chairs, right next to the pool. The BBQ is charcoal-fired.
The outdoor car parking space is right at the entrance to the villa, accessed via an automatic gate.
