The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare your meals. It has an island with a worktop and a central hob; next to it is a pantry with good storage.

The beautiful dining room, with an extendable table for 12 and a sideboard, has a wooden ceiling with cosy lighting and air conditioning. The natural light comes from the large window in the interior garden, the centrepiece of the villa, with its many palm trees and other tropical plants. The garden window is adjacent to the entrance and the large living room. The latter has air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with various Portuguese and foreign channels and WI-FI internet access. A fireplace makes up this cosy yet refined space.

The living room has plenty of natural light due to the glass window overlooking the interior garden on one side and the huge door leading to the terrace on the other. This terrace has very comfortable outdoor furniture with seating for 12 people.

On the lower floor you'll find a large games room with a central fireplace, several sofas and maples, where a snooker table and a ping-pong table provide fun for the whole family. This floor also has a laundry room equipped with dryers and washing machines.


The glamorous Mediterranean garden, with a wide variety of plants and some native trees, such as the stone pine, offers plenty of shade on hot Algarve days.

The 9 metre long, 5 metre wide pool with a maximum depth of 2.20 metres is complemented by a small, round, shallow pool suitable for the youngest guests. The pool can only be heated between April and October at an additional cost (with a request made at least 48 hours in advance), but if the temperatures are too low, it may not be possible to provide the service. Surrounding you are the various sun loungers arranged on the lawn. A practical garden pergola houses the outdoor dining table with a glass top and seating for 10 or more on a round wooden deck. The charcoal barbecue complements this outdoor dining area.

The guests of this villa are entitled to use the Encosta do Lago condominium swimming pool and other facilities such as the gym and tennis court. Access is by means of cards on the property and is included in the rent.

There is a parking space in front of the villa.
