All bedrooms have air conditioning, except for the one in the basement. The modern kitchen features an island with a central hob, full appliances, and an adjacent pantry, connecting to the dining room with an extendable table for 12 people and views of a striking indoor tropical garden.
The spacious living room offers air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with English channels, Wi-Fi, plenty of seating, and large windows opening onto the terrace, furnished for long moments of relaxation. Outside, the approximately 9 × 5m pool (maximum depth 2.20m) and the shallow round children's pool are nestled among pine trees and lush greenery, with several sun loungers that can be moved between sun and shade.

The vegetated courtyard was a beautiful feature that can be seen in all the common areas. Games room downstairs was a fun addition. Great location amongst other lovely villas and fairly close to the beach. Host was very responsive and helpful.
