Guesthouse Palma, ADULTS ONLY (with tourist license number ETV/6363), is a fantastic vacation apartment for 4 people with a swimming pool just 5km from the center of Palma.
Undoubtedly one of the best places for your vacation, whether for pure relaxation, remote working, city visits, or business trips.
It is a fully equipped home with two double bedrooms (double beds with the option to separate them) and decorated with great taste and Mediterranean style.
It offers views of a private patio with fruit trees.
You can enjoy all the amenities such as air conditioning, smart TV with satellite channels, and Wi-Fi included.
It also has two (kitchenette style) simple but well-equipped kitchens with 2 Nespresso coffee makers, etc.
Two bathrooms with showers and hairdryers in each.
There is an outdoor parking space within the property.
Although private transport is not required as the location is well-connected by both bus and taxi, it is a quiet neighborhood with several golf courses nearby (Son Vida, Son Quint, and Son Muntaner -> a complex of 3 golf courses known as Arabella Golf Resort).
The exteriors feature a beautiful garden with its saltwater pool (pool shared with the owner, who is lovely); pool hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM) inviting you to relax after a long walk in the city or a busy workday.
The apartment is located in an adjacent neighborhood of Palma called Son Roqueta, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, and bars nearby.
This accommodation is ideal for golf, trekking, or cycling enthusiasts.
It is only 15 minutes from the airport.
The city bus (stops 200m away) takes you to the city center every 8 minutes (journey time 15 minutes).
So you don't necessarily need a car.
The neighborhood is mainly frequented by locals.
Check-in will be remote, and you will be asked in advance to send a form with all the documentation required by the authorities.

El alojaMiento impecable. La piscina increíble y todo muy bien cuidado. Cerca de Palma ciudad. La dueña muy agradable. Lo único malo que no era un sitio bonito fuera de la finca, pero si la intención es coger coche y visitar es perfecto.

The pictures don’t do this place justice as to just how beautiful it actually is. Far enough away from the centre to feel tranquil but close enough to hop in a taxi and be in the centre in 10 minutes. There was 3 of us and extra sofa bed was comfortable and the apartment was nog so more than enough ...
