La Terrasse is the ultimate charming holiday house with private pool within walking distance of the lovely village of Douzillac (Dordogne – Aquitaine). Douzillac is a very small village with about 700 inhabitants.
There is a café-restaurant facing the church.
Further is the local square, a very quiet place with magnificent natural surroundings.
Unique. The holiday house offers a large, truly beautiful garden with a private swimming pool (8.33x3.66 m). The partly covered terrace offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding nature.

This holiday house is the ideal place where you can enjoy fabulous natural surroundings, terrific vineyards, delicious cuisine while relaxing in beautiful Dordogne! Very famous cities are worthwhile to be seen, like Perigueux, Neuvic, Sarlat, Saint Emilion, Bergerac, Bordeaux, ... Please keep in mind: Towels are not included, you are obligated to bring your own. The heating except for june, july, august and september is not included, the charges will be calculated and paid at the spot.
Local taxes need to be paid at the spot. Please note: electricity charges are included up to 250kWh per week.
All extra usage will be charged at €0,35 per kWh
