Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and Nice, this 350 square meter villa is located in a private estate, quiet in the hills of Nice and can accommodate 10 people.
Cleaning service once a week, garden and pool maintenance, privacy, tranquility, and assistance.
For any stay of 2 weeks, a 3-hour cleaning service will be provided between the two weeks (included in the rental at no extra cost). This villa has 5 bedrooms, including 1 with a King size bed (180 cm), a large bathroom, dressing room, and toilet. 3 bedrooms have a double bed (140 cm), bathroom, and separate WC. The last bedroom has a Queen size bed. Large entrance hall, guest WC, large living room with lounge area, fireplace, dining area, and kitchen.
Access to the terraces from all rooms.
Outdoor dining area, barbecue. Summer kitchen near the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with: microwave, oven, American refrigerator, electric hob, grill, dishwasher.

The host has lovingly maintained her home for 40 years, which is reflected in the decor and her attentiveness. The view is unparalleled and there is plenty of room for a big family with 5 bedrooms and ample seating. The location requires a car but is a lovely residential area. We enjoyed the stay very much.
