Die Wohnung war für das Preissegment in einen guten Zustand. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Es wurden Handtücher, Bettdecken , Geschirr und notwendige putzutensilien zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die Jugendlichen Mitbewohner waren recht laut und haben sich nicht an die vorgegeben Ruhezeiten gehalten, was gerade abends recht störend war.
