Beliggenheten med utsikt og direkte tilgang til havet. Huset/leiligheten er flott.
Råtten dusj i hovedbadet. Luktet mugg.....Lite glasser og kopper...fikk levert mer straks vi påpekte det (bra). Det var markise som var falt sammen, og hvor armene hang ut..rest markise lå på veranda. Veranda ute burde vært vasket. Manglet nøkkel til avfallskassen.

This property is fantastic. The views from all of the rooms and the terraces are spectacular. We spent hours sitting outside on the terraces watching all of the boats and swimmers go by. The location is excellent as well. You can walk a short distance down the street to good restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this villa!

A 100 years old art deco villa with the best views of Nice and a private access to the sea that makes you feel more special than arriving by private jet or by a well-kept vintage 20 feet sailing boat. Just have a glass of Pol Roger Champagne on the terrace and watch the sun set far behind the lights at the Quai des Anglais.
