Villa Bella Vista is located in the beautiful residential bay of Cala Santa Cristina, offering stunning sea views and just a stone's throw from two of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Costa Brava.

As its name suggests, the views from the terraces, most of the bedrooms, and the pool area are absolutely spectacular! VILLA LAYOUT At street level, you will find a private garage offering secure parking for your car. Free street parking is also available directly in front of the villa. GROUND FLOOR Ascending a flight of stairs, you will access the spacious, recently renovated main floor with a living area, a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a large separate dining table, and a cozy second living area with a Smart TV. There is also a separate toilet with a shower. From the living room and kitchen, you can access the terrace, where you will find an outdoor table under the pergola, a barbecue, and a chill-out area. FIRST FLOOR The four bedrooms are located on the first floor: - Master bedroom (double bed) with an en-suite bathroom with shower and a balcony with breathtaking sea views. - Second double bedroom (double bed) with balcony access. - Third double bedroom (two single beds). - The fourth bedroom is ideal for children, with two bunk beds. There is also a separate bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. AMENITIES All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning.
The villa also has central heating for the winter months. Both the kitchen and the 3 bathrooms were completely renovated in 2026. POOL AREA One level up is the private swimming pool (7x4 meters), surrounded by sun loungers and a parasol.
This area enjoys sun all day long, making it the perfect place to relax while taking in the panoramic views of the Mediterranean. BEACHES AND ACTIVITIES The stunning beaches of Cala Treumal and Cala Santa Cristina are just a short walk (15 minutes) or drive (3 minutes) away.
Both offer various water activities, sunbeds, showers, lifeguards, and the charming restaurant “Cala Treumal,” ideal for a seaside meal. Other must-visit beaches in the vicinity include Cala Sant Francesc, Cala Sa Boadella, and Cala Canyelles. The center of Blanes is only a 5-minute drive away, where you will find a marina, a lively promenade, and a wide selection of shops and restaurants.
The villa also includes a welcome book with our personal recommendations so you can discover the best spots in the area. Lovely villa - perfect for a family. However there are steep steps going up to the villa and the pool which may be hazardous for young childrenthose with mobility issues. Coastal Villas were excellent at communicating and resolving any issues that we had . Walk to beach was 10-15 mins but steep walk back up.

Mooi huis met alle voorzieningen. Was zoals op de foto's. Snelle en correcte afhandeling van vragen via de mail. Ook leuk was de fles champagne dag voor vertrek. helemaal top!
