This impressive and spacious villa is located directly on the beach, in the beautiful bay of Cala Sant Francesc, in Blanes.
It is one of the most exclusive areas of the Costa Brava, within a high-level residential urbanization.
The villa has private access to the coastal path, which leads directly to the beach.
You just have to step out into the garden and in 2 minutes you will be stepping on the sand! This path, known as "Camí de Ronda", is a famous trail that runs along the Costa Brava, connecting many of its towns, beaches, and coves on foot.
Villas located on this path, like Villa Bay View, enjoy an exceptional and privileged location. LAYOUT The entrance to the villa has private outdoor parking for two or more cars. GROUND FLOOR Spacious living room with fireplace and Smart TV. Separate dining room. Direct access to the garden and terrace, with stunning sea and beach views. A bathroom with a shower. On the other side of the living room, you will find stairs leading to a second living room/bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 people.
This space is also ideal for children as a play/rest area. FIRST FLOOR On the first floor, there are 6 bedrooms: - Master suite with private bathroom (double shower) and balcony access. - Double bedroom (double bed) with private bathroom (shower) and balcony access. - Double bedroom (double bed) with balcony access. - Double bedroom (two single beds). - Single bedroom with balcony access. - Single bedroom. - Separate bathroom with bathtub. All rooms have ceiling fans. PRIVATE CLUB & NEARBY BEACH During your stay, you will have access to the private bay club, which includes a large swimming pool, children's pool, tennis court, bar, and playground.
You will also receive a remote control for free parking in the private parking area next to the beach.
The beach offers water activities, the charming restaurant "Cala Bona", showers, and lifeguard service.
Other nearby beaches not to be missed are Cala Santa Cristina, Cala Treumal, Cala Sa Boadella, and Cala Canyelles.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette maison. L’emplacement est incroyable avec une vue magnifique. La maison est très propre, grande, très agréable, ouverte sur l’extérieur. Quasiment toutes les chambres ont une vue sur la mer. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accès presque direct à la plage. Un petit paradis. Je recommande fortement. Tout était parfait !
