Villa Calamar is located just 400 meters from the beautiful beaches of Cala Santa Cristina and Cala Treumal, about a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive.
Its excellent location and sea views make it an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday on the Costa Brava. The villa is accessed via the upper floor, where you'll find a private rooftop terrace with a spacious area and fabulous panoramic views of the Mediterranean, perfect for enjoying the sun and sunsets. **Villa Layout** **Main Floor** One level down, there is a separate guest toilet, the living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a Smart TV with an included Netflix account.
The independent, fully equipped kitchen offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay.
Both the living room and the kitchen have direct access to a covered terrace with an outdoor dining table, a lounge area, a gas barbecue, and spectacular sea views, ideal for al fresco meals and evenings.
On this floor, there is also a laundry room with a washing machine.
From the hallway, you can access two spacious double/triple bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bathtub. **Lower Floor** On the lower level, you'll find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with a shower), as well as two additional double bedrooms that share a bathroom with a shower.

Notre séjour en famille a été excellent. Merci pour la gentillesse de l’accueil ! Je recommande. La vue est magnifique et c’est très calme autour. L’accès à la petite plage à pied est top. En pleine nature c’est agréable

Sehr tolles Haus mit allem was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht ausgestattet. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr steil aber der Strand ist wunderschön :)

gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht in guter Lage. Das Meer ist durch einen steilen Weg in ca. 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Durch die zentrale Lage erreicht man mit dem Auto schnell die umliegenden Städte wie z.B. Blanes.
Das Haus ist guter Ort zum Entspannen.
Fußläufig sind keine Einkaufsmöglichkeigen oder Restaurants erreichbar. Ein Auto/Mietwagen ist ein muss. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr steil, wer zu Fuss laufen möchte, sollte körperlich fit sein.
