This beautiful villa is located in the area of Bonaire, very close to the old walled town of Alcudia.

The beautiful beach of 'Mal Pas', the long sandy beaches of Alcudia Bay and the famous golf course in Aucananda are only a short drive away. The north of the island offers many attractions apart from sandy beaches and the sea as well as a lot of outdoor activities, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. all year round. The villa with a well kept garden has 5 bedrooms, three singles and two doubles, 3 bathrooms one of them en suite, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and the private pool (8x4 meters) surrounded by a wonderful garden.



Distribution

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is also a comfortable breakfast area.


On leaving the kitchen there is a bright and comfortable living room with sofas, air conditioning and a large fireplace. Large doors open onto a shaded porch terrace.

On the ground floor next to the living room there is a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning.

On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms with single beds, one with en-suite bathroom. The last bedroom has a double bed and a cot, has its own terrace and stunning views of the mountains, garden and pool. It is a pleasure to wake up with these views. In all bedrooms there is air conditioning.

Note 1. This does not release the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.


Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 3. Departure from the property is at 10:00. When it is possible to allow a later departure, always subject to availability, the cost will be 90 € until 13:00h. and 160 € until 16:00h.

Note 4. Entrance to the accommodation with our agency staff free of charge until 22:00h, 30 € (22:00-00:00) or 50 € (after 00:00). Option of free autonomous access with staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0,25 €/Kw - to be paid on departure.

Note 6. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
