Sa Marina is a comfortable house in front of the sea in the beautiful bay of Pollensa. The house has a privileged location being in front of the sea and being communicated with the picturesque village of Alcudia where you can find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, theatres and the craft market held on Tuesdays and Sundays.
The house, on one floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living-dining room and an excellent terrace.
Distribution
The living room with sofa, TV and dining table organizes the life of the house. There are three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The terrace has a barbecue and a table for outdoor dining and sun loungers for sunbathing.
Comfort and amenities
Air conditioning, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle.
Note 1. This does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.
Note 3. Departure from the property is at 10:00. When it is possible to allow a later departure, always subject to availability, the cost will be 90 € until 13:00h. and 160 € until 16:00h.
Note 4. Entrance to the accommodation with our agency staff free of charge until 22:00h, 30 € (22:00-00:00) or 50 € (after 00:00). Option of free autonomous access with staff welcome the next day
Note 5: Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0,25 €/Kw - payable on departure.
Note 6 In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.

A great house with a very nice view on the bay. The kitchen was really good equipped and the little welcome package (fruit, bread, Marmelade, milk...) was really sweet! Perfect house well equiped for our family !

Dom bardzo wygodny i dobrze wyposażony, z ręcznikami plażowymi i hamakami od strony morza, taras tuż nad piaskiem to przyjemność. Przyjechaliśmy późno i napoje, owoce i śniadanie w kuchni, lepsza obsługa niż w hotelu.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean, comfortable and well equipped and on a beautiful and quiet street. The beds were very comfortable and the sleeping arrangements were great for our family of four. Joan made check in and out very easy and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. We would highly recommend staying here.
