It is located on the upper part of the cape, in a quiet area, 200 m from the Grand Hotel du Cap-Ferrat.

Do not stay here. There were undisclosed security cameras, no wifi for first day, yard was in terrible condition and not as advertised, no AC in most of the house. I shared there were broken items upon arrival and then owner charged us 2,500 fraudulently on our card for items we did not break.
