The Nelly, a Unique Vacation Rental next to Sand Hollow State Park where excitement and adventure are all around. Riding the Dunes, or on the Lake handling a Jet Ski, enjoying the water, you will have a great time. Our goal, as the place you book your Vacation Home, is to open the eyes of our Guests so you see we take pride in knowing we provide the best, and you deserve the best Enjoy all that the Nelly Home has to offer, after all, it is your Vacation do what you want.

All linens and Towels are provided in each Room and Bathroom, you will have place settings for 10 . All basic pantry items stocked, Full-Size Washer and Dryer in Home for your Convenience and we even provide a Coffeemaker all you need is to bring your favorite Blend to brew. Please bring your Netflix log in or Hulu log in for your use for the smart Tv's.

You will receive a Check in E-mail with all the details to check in, you will have the entire Home during your stay. You can access and use all areas including Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Kitchen, Washer and Dryer area, Living area, etc. It's all yours to relax in during your stay! We also provide Guests with Linens, Towels, Basic Spices and Coffeemaker, all you need to do is bring your favorite Coffee and the food you are going to be preparing.

We are available, and willing to take your call or text, day, or night. Once booked guests will receive contact names and numbers for any questions or concerns during your stay!

The home is located within a great community, with three community pools, hot tubs, and a kids splash pad. Located on the number one rated golf course in the State of Utah, as well as just a few minutes’ drive from Sand Hollow State Park!

Please do not park on the street overnight. You will receive a fine due to HOA Regulations no one is allowed to park on the street. If you need additional parking, during check-in let them now and they can provide you with extra parking. There is a $200 nonrefundable pet fee. If you plan on bringing your pet, please let us know so we can get that taken care of! Thank You. The Nelly comes with smart Roku Tv's, please bring your favorite streaming service log in for your use during your stay!
