Modern villa with stunning beach and sea views from all rooms. Perfect for group trips. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants, parks, shops and playground. The villa has various zones for dining and socialising, as well as a BBQ terrace.
The lower ground level (still with the same great views) features a private private pool and a heated jacuzzi.
This villa is conveniently located near various amenities with several restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.
The nearby park offers a great breakfast/lunch restaurant, as well as a skateboard park, basketball and football pitches, zip liner etc.
The property is just a short walk from the the choice of two beaches. We provide beach towels so you can travel light and make the most of the great coastline. The beach promenade is a great walk along the coast to walk to nearby town and Port.
The prestigious Finca Cortesin beach club and golf club are also nearby, providing additional opportunities for leisure and entertainment.

We really enjoyed our stay with a group of friends. The ocean views from the terraces and house are incredible. The beach that you can walk to has an awesome restaurant and sun loungers which were great. Very recommendable stay and well equipped house. There’s a/c in all rooms and a bbq.

We were a group of 9 and the Villa was perfect for us. The pool amenities were very poor - we were a group of 9 and when booking requested that we would have pool access daily. The weekend before we travelled we were advised that the communal pool would only allow 5 adults access at one time. Its a ...

The accommodation itself was perfect. I was unaware that it is a private community, some of the residents didn’t approve of others renting out their villas. The walk to the beach was long and over a footbridge across a main road with a very busy roundabout, if I’d known this I wouldn’t have chosen this location.
