The kitchen is so well furnished you may be tempted to move in for good. Plan on cooking a gourmet meal because we provide all of the pots, pans, spatulas, and colanders that you would ever need. You will also find a crock pot and coffee pot! We even have a blender for preparing your favorite margaritas or smoothies.

The washer and dryer are inside the unit (not stuffed away in a garage). There is also a dishwasher, gas stovetop, oven and microwave. There is even a natural gas barbecue outside (no propane to worry about running out). We even have a granite serving shelf outdoors for your convenience which is complimented with a table seating 6 on the back patio. Two lounge chairs await you to view and enjoy the beautiful warm sunsets each evening.

The living room and dining room is designed with a high vaulted ceiling. The dining table seats 8 easily. Enjoy free premium cable with on-demand scheduling on the flat screen TVs located in the living room and both bedrooms. Complimentary high speed WIFI is available for your use. The master suite is expansive and boasts a king bed with a brand new mattress, bedding and down comforter. The second bedroom has two twins which easily make into 1 king and also has new bedding/mattresses.

The sunroom/den is off the dining room and master suite and has a desk area that can be closed off and very private. There is one space in the garage for your use as well.
