The holiday apartment (56 M²) in size, consists of one bedroom, Air Conditioning, Fully equipped kitchen, Living- Dining room with table and 4 chairs, with a Sofa-bed, Bathroom with a toilet, Balcony.

My guests have free access to pool and public parking.
Before you book my apartment, please accept the Pool rules: Jumping, Diving and Running is not allowed! No Inflatable Mattresses allowed in Pool! No glass ware (bottles, cups...) is allowed near the pool area! The Café-bar offers drinks in Plastic or Can, you can use around the pool! Consumption of food in Pool and Pool area is not allowed!

WIFI is available in public areas and is free of charge.

There is also a Café-bar with a large terrace in the shade, here you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea.

All children under 2 years are charged Euro 4.00 per person per night for children's cots/bed/cribs.

The holiday apartment is in the unique residence New Line Village.
Built on a hill with beautiful panorama across the Nessebar Bay and the Mountains, the residence offers the amazing opportunity to enjoy the unique combination with proven healing virtues between fresh mountain air and gentle sea breeze.
Please, be informed that the street leading to our complex is rather in poor condition.

The apartment is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood of "Sunny Beach" within 8 min. walking distance from the beach (650 m.) and 3 minutes from the Bus station "HAYAT DREAMS".

Check in after 15h00. If the apartment is available earlier you can enter earlier.
Check out before 11h30h. If the apartment is available you can leave later.
We will gladly arrange a transfer from/to the airport.
