A localização fantástica.
A 400 mts da Piazzetta de Porto Rafael um lugar único e impactante. A Igreja lindíssima de Santa Rita de Cassia. Tudo em harmonia, as cores, os recantos, maravilhoso, não consigo explicar a sensação que passa este lugar.
Pertinho de praias belíssimas e sossegadas.

Pelo menos um pano de cozinha e um tapete na casa de banho seriam importantes ao conforto e limpeza.
