The beautiful villa 'Sa Muntanya' is located only 3.5 km from Santa Eulalía del Rio and is situated on a 34.200 m² plot of land in an idyllic mountain landscape.

Across 400 m² of living space, the main villa, which combines luxurious furnishings with high-quality materials, has light-flooded living rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows.

The main villa is comprised of 4 bedrooms (all with sea views), 4 en-suite bathrooms (2 with whirlpool bathtubs, and 2 with special, hydromassage showers), 1 toilet, 1 kitchen, 1 living/dining room and 1 study room with a sofa bed. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms in the main house and the guest house, a security system, a fireplace and a TV.

The properties combined can accommodate up to 10 guests. The guest house has 1 living room with a bathroom and sofa bed, 1 kitchen, and 1 bedroom with another bathroom en suite.

The rooms are surrounded by the garden and have access to the terrace. Outside you will find a covered terrace with a dining area, a lounge and a large lawn.

Surrounded by palm trees and overlooking the pond, you can start the day with a tasty breakfast or round off the evening with a glass of wine in one of the many seating areas.
