Large detached front line beach villa with 2 swimming pools in one of the best locations in Cabo Roig.
Superb ocean views with a private staircase leading down to the cala capitan Beach .
The villa is spacious and set over 2 levels and is ideal for 1 or 2 or 3 families .
There are 5 bedrooms (4 good-sized bedrooms plus one small bedroom) , 3 bathrooms, large living room, separate conservatory, main kitchen, summer kitchen, Charcoal BBQ, gas Plancha Grill.
From nearly all the rooms you can see and hear the ocean.
Outside is a large garden (1500m2) set all around the villa offering different areas to relax and enjoy.
There is a large swimming pool 9 meters x 4.5 meters plus a separate "Kiddies" Pool (4 meters in diameter and 0.6 meters deep) , Ping Pong Table & Table Football, 8 sunbeds, shaded dining area for 10+ guests next to the pool plus more seating areas around the villa.
One of the best features of the villa are the amazing Ocean views and private staircase leading down to cabo roig beach,(this is the only villa overlooking Cala Capitan beach with its own private staircase onto the beach!! If you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday with all the family or friends this villa is ideal. Cooling - There are modern high speed ceiling fans with remote control operation directly over the beds in each bedroom, lounge and conservatory. Villas located this close to the Ocean benefit from a constant gently sea breeze.
The bedroom windows can be opened when sleeping. there are outer louvered shutters which can be closed & locked for security but still allow a generous air flow for cooling, plus you get to listen to the ocean as you fall asleep !! New for 2020 - large 4m trampoline installed Kids archery basketball hoop fixed on the wall next to the main large pool (for use with the swimming pool) Electronic darts ping pong table table football 2 new bikes with baskets for the shop run Some things to do : There are water sports available (jet ski hire and banana boats, donuts and new fly board etc) from in front of the La Bahia restaurant (15 minutes walk from the villa) more water sports can be found at La Zenia Beach (5 minute walk) Tennis courts are available for your use (located beside the Cabo Roig restaurant 10 minute walk) Boat Hire available, scuba diving snorkelling etc.

Our party of 11 rangeing from ages 2-67 yrs, had the best holiday, the villa is in the perfect location right on the beach, two lovely pools and lots of room. Everything from our initial booking with Kerry and Angela were 1st class and were always there for any questions we had before traveling,and once we arrived. It was just perfect and will definitely be visiting again
