Graça Jacuzzi W/ Terrace by Homing

With its spacious Jacuzzi for 6 people and its beautiful covered terrace of 30m2 with a removable transparent roof, this modern and luminous apartment of 130 m2 with high ceilings has 3 large bedrooms for 2 people each and a large friendly space lounge-room to eat. Located on the ground floor of a typical Lisbon building in a quiet street in the historical district of Graça, the apartment is completely renovated and has all the necessary equipment for your comfort: fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi connection fi high-speed, a large-screen TV connected to the fiber, closets in every room and two bathrooms. Ceiling fans for the summer and electric heating in winter, washing machine and dishwasher.


You can have your meals in the dining room or on the terrace equipped with a marble bar with high chairs and relax on the garden furniture next to the jacuzzi. With its removable transparent roof, the terrace is isolated from the view of the neighborhood.


3 minutes from the central square of Graça, you can walk to the churches of the area, enjoy the magnificent view of all Lisbon from the watchtower Nossa Senhora do Monte and the mirador Sophia Melo Bryner Andersen with its terrace and coffee. Graça stop of the famous yellow tram line 28E to go around the city is a 3-minute walk away. Many bus lines serve the area. It is possible to park nearby, subject to availability. At 350m public parking EMEL is open 24/24 (20 € per day).


3 minutes from the loft, you will find restaurants and cafes neighborhood and upscale, buses and trams and food stores.

Check-in is made at the Welcome Center anytime between 15h and 20h.

Guests can storage luggage at the Welcome Center for free.

Please note that late check-ins are made directly at the apartment and have the following costs:


- Between 20h and 22h - 15€;

- After 22h - 30€



We also have a personalized transfer service that picks you up at the airport and takes you to the apartment only for 30€ (until 4 people). If you would like two ways transfer the cost is 55€. If you would like to book it please let us know!

At the check-out guests must leave the apartment in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Otherwise Homing Place reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost in the same amount as the reservation.

Guests need to be quiet between 10pm and 6am. No refunds will be made if between this period neighbors complain. Besides guests are subject to paying a fine if by this motives neighbors call the police.
