It is close to the beach / promenade and a short stroll to the Matagorda Centre with shops, bars and restaurants etc.

There is a fullly equipped kitchen with an American fridge freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser, oven, hob, dishwasher and airfryer, There are fantastic walks each direction to the airport or into Puerto Del Carmen. The villa has 2 bedrooms, one of which is an Ensuite.
It has a lovely outside covered terrace area for eating and a sunning area around the pool.

There were a few issues with the air con and the freezer which were eventually sorted out. Overall the property was fine and fit our needs.

Audrey is very easy to deal with and very accommodating. We were able to check in early and check out late due to our flight times. The Villa is a decent size and pool area is ideal for kids. Had an amazing stay and will be booking again.
