Our house is located within a small and reserved lot about 500 meters from the beautiful beach of Simius and about 600 meters from the village of Villasimius.
It has 3 comfortable bedrooms, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and TV, another double bedroom with TV, a third bedroom with two single beds that can become a double and a second bathroom for other guests.
The living room has a 46 "tv sat-tv decoder, a dining area and a cooking area with electric oven and microwave. The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryer is available l 'axis, iron and vacuum cleaner.
The rooms are air-conditioned with heat pumps.
The garden is maintained by a gardener and is present for the three sides of the building.
Outside amenities include a shower with hot water, barbecue and sink of relevance.
Laundry area with washer and tank.
Two spacious and comfortable patios equipped and shaded provide a pleasant outdoor stay and eat meals in a private environment, complete with a sun terrace.

The final cleaning has a cost of 90 euros a security deposit of 300 euros is required to be returned at the end of the stay.
