The beautiful Villa San Vicente in Moraira has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate 12 people.
With a very Mediterranean style, and just 50 meters from the beach of Portet de Moraira, it is one of the favorites among Villas Guzmán guests. This very special villa is one of the first villas built in Portet.
Between 2017 and 2018, the villa was completely renovated and designed respecting almost all the original elements of the time but with all modern comforts, as well as adapting and merging the decoration of yesteryear with the current Mediterranean style. Spread over 240 m2 and on a single floor, the villa has an entrance that leads to a living-dining room divided into two areas, a lounge area with original seating in front of the house's large original fireplace, and the dining area with a beautiful table and plenty of natural light.

Villa con una estupenda ubicación a 50 m. de la playa en zona tranquila y preciosa como es la zona del Portet.
La Villa cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y tanquila.
Por decir algo, una limpieza del fondo de la piscina que tenía un poquito de arena, pero sin importancia.
