With 140 m² of housing and southeast orientation, it has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. It is distributed over two floors connected by a beautiful interior wooden staircase with a total of 16 steps.

On the first floor you will find a living room with a large leather sofa, smart TV, air conditioning, fireplace and ceiling fan. A complete bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds, and a kitchen open to the living room with a nice bar to sit on that will allow you to cook or prepare your appetizer while you talk to your family or friends. The kitchen has a door that leads to a small gallery where the washing machine and the hot water heater are located.

On the first floor there is a complete bathroom with a hydro-massage bath, the main room of the house with a double bed of 1.50 cm, air conditioning and TV, a complete bathroom in suite with shower and a small terrace where the magnificent afternoon sun comes in. A third room with a double bed, TV and air conditioning and a fourth room with a double bed and air conditioning. The whole house has free internet access (wifi).


The outside of the house has two independent areas, a first entrance area to the house where 2 cars fit inside, and a small rest area with a stone table with a couple of benches. And a nice back yard with a nice pergola and relax area with garden sofas, an outside shower, a table for 8 people and a magnificent barbecue, where you can enjoy great moments together with your family or friends.


From the patio you will find a door with a lock that leads to a communal and private corridor where you can access the communal swimming pool which is about 60 metres from the house. The pool is large and has a small shallow children's pool for the youngest members of the house, two showers and two benches to relax or read in a very quiet environment. The urbanization has only 20 houses so it is ideal for families because of its tranquility and exclusivity.
